30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and with any original tags still attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or order number).
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +86 139 5953 8129. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await Instructions: Do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
- Receive Your Return Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our art, but issues can sometimes occur during transit.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom Products: Items that are special orders or have been personalized.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Gift Cards.
- Items Damaged After Receipt: Any item that is damaged (e.g., cracked, broken) for reasons not due to our error or shipping damage.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at linyihan19990923@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid but has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you immediately. Please note that for orders canceled after payment (paid via PayPal and Stripe), an 11% transaction fee will be applied.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
