Welcome to Oilcrafts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oilcrafts website, located at https://oilcrafts.com (the “Site”), and all related services, products, and content provided by Oilcrafts.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and images of our canvas wall art are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Due to variations in monitor settings, the colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the final printed product.
  • Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed on the product pages and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through the methods specified at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.
  • Production Time: Each piece of canvas wall art is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before your order is ready for shipment.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been shipped. Please note that for orders canceled after payment has been processed (via PayPal, Stripe, etc.), an 11% transaction fee will be applied to cover processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Custom Canvas Prints

For our “Custom Canvas Prints – Turn Your Photos into Art” service, you agree to the following:

  • Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you own all rights to any photos, images, or content you upload, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use them. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party or is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.
  • License to Oilcrafts: By uploading an image, you grant Oilcrafts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from your image for the sole purpose of producing and fulfilling your custom canvas print order.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to print any image that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds are detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined therein. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items from the date you receive your order. Custom products and sale items are generally non-returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and artwork, is the property of Oilcrafts or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Oilcrafts. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

OILCRAFTS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, OILCRAFTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
